Photography has been a passion of mine since I held my first camera at around the age of six or so. My dad was an excellent photographer and shared his love of that medium with his sons. And while I shoot digital now, my favorite camera (and my first 35mm SLR) was and is a Minolta XG1 that my dad gave me on my 18th birthday. Durable. Reliable. An excellent camera.
Some of the “older” photos that follow were shot with that XG1. The majority, however, were shot with a digital SLR. The following photo samples are a representation of the values, places, interests and ideas that I hold dear.
